Project information
Prices, area figures and features follow information confirmed by the project owner on 8 September 2026. Areas are approximate. Approximately 330 sq.m. refers to usable area excluding the pool; approximately 373 sq.m. refers to built area including pool and pool services. Final plot dimensions, specifications, furnishings, availability and sale terms must be checked against the written agreement.
Enquiries and appointments
An online enquiry is not a reservation, purchase agreement or confirmed appointment. The project team agrees viewing times directly. This website does not collect reservation payments.
Location and imagery
Photographs depict the supplied show-villa photography. School and hospital plans can change. Road-route distances are estimated using OSRM / OpenStreetMap; current driving directions, entrances, road access and traffic should be checked before travel.
